Becky Carlson is a Certified Public Accountant and Accredited Business Valuator with deep expertise across multiple industries, specializing in the architecture and engineering (AE) sectors. With a people-first approach, she believes employees are at the heart of a firm’s value—an insight that informs her work and helps position companies for long-term success.

Becky brings a wealth of experience from her current role at Stambaugh Ness and previous roles as Partner at TWO CPAs & Consultants, Inc. and Consultant at PSMJ Resources, where she honed her skills in business valuation, ownership transitions, mergers and acquisitions, and fractional CFO services. Known for her attention to detail and strategic insight, she customizes each engagement by blending financial analysis with industry-specific benchmarking and actionable commentary.

Her passion for numbers drives her to dig deep into financial questions—designing custom financial models that support smarter decision-making and sustainable growth strategies.
