Do you want to be sure you’re putting your best professional foot forward when applying for a job or an internship? Do you want to improve the odds that your resume will stand out from the crowd? Have you secured an interview for the job of your dreams, but aren’t sure how to prepare for it?

All these issues and more will be addressed at the Career Workshop, led by Janet Bailey and taking place on Saturday, December 3 from 10a.m. to 1p.m. at CAS 313. The workshop will cover:

The essentials of a professional resume
Critique of individual students’ resumes. (If you would like your resume to be reviewed in the workshop, please email it to janet.bailey@comcast.net)
Cover letters that get noticed.
Preparing for an interview. (If you have a particular job you are interested in applying for, please send the posting to janet.bailey@comcast.net. She will select 2 or 3 to use as examples in the workshop.)
