Join us for a 50-minute bodyweight and resistance band workout led by a certified coach from ISI® Elite Training. This athletic-style class focuses on functional, full-body movements designed to build strength, boost endurance, and leave you feeling amazing.
Workout Schedule - 9:00 AM – 9:50 AM:
- Full-body workout using bodyweight & bands
- Circuit-style intervals with built-in breaks (hello, high-fives!)
- Includes a guided warm-up and cool-down
- No experience necessary — just bring your mat and show up ready to move! Please arrive by 8:45 AM to check in and set up.
Post-Workout Brunch - 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM:Cool down and celebrate your sweat session with and 20% off your brunch bill & a complimentary mimosa (21+) for those who stay for brunch!To ensure seating,
