We will also guide homeowners through other exemptions they may qualify for, such as Widow/Widower, Additional Low-Income Senior, Disability, and Veterans exemptions. In addition, we’ll assist homeowners in signing up for our FREE Owner Alert Service to help protect against deed fraud. Criminals are filing fraudulent deeds and taking ownership of properties without the owner's knowledge.
