Overview

Felipe Tristán makes his debut as Artistic Director, conducting Shostakovich, Gabriela Lena Frank, and Beethoven at the Brooklyn Museum.

BSO Artistic Director Felipe Tristán conducts a festive, global celebration. Shostakovich’s exuberant Festive Overture gives way to Gabriela Lena Frank’s rhythmic Three Latin American Dances, blending cultural voices with modern energy.
