This is an invite-only event for leading brokers, select enterprise shippers, and strategic partners. If you received an invite, you’re in!

What does Super Dispatch cover?

We cover your 2-night stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres, roundtrip airport transportation, all-inclusive meals and drinks, and up to $1,000 in flight reimbursement.

Question 3

Can I bring a guest or colleague?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Your hotel room includes double occupancy. You’re welcome to bring a spouse, colleague, or enjoy the space solo.

Question 4

Can I bring an additional team member or colleague beyond my +1?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Additional team members are welcome with approval. Their room and travel will not be covered, but we can help coordinate at the event rate (based on resort availability). Contact marketing@superdispatch.com to arrange and confirm attendance.

When should I arrive and depart?

Depart: Friday, October 24
Extend your stay up to 3 days before or after the event at discounted rates (based on resort availability).

Which airport should I fly into?

Fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). We’ll provide roundtrip transfers to and from the resort.

Is there a dress code?

Business casual for sessions, resort casual for evenings. Bring comfortable shoes for outings and swimwear if you plan to snorkel.

How do I get my flight reimbursed?

Following your confirmed attendance, we’ll provide a post-event reimbursement form. Approved attendees and one guest are eligible for a combined flight reimbursement of up to $1,000 total.
