Born in Ireland and raised on the crackle of his father’s record collection, Ricky Chong’s journey with music has always been one of deep devotion.

What began as a youthful fascination with vinyl grew into a lifelong pursuit of sound, a search for those records that stir both heart and body. His sets are less about genres and more about feelings: house melting into disco, forgotten gems colliding with sounds from all corners of the world, always stitched togetherwith a sense of joy and surprise.

Behind the decks, Ricky is a storyteller. Guided by his trusty rotary mixer and an endless curiosity, he has carved unforgettable moments across Ireland, the UK, and beyond from Dublin’s The Big Romance and festivals like AVA and Electric Picnic, to London institutions The Cause and Brilliant Corners, and the legendary Djoon in Paris.

Each appearance is marked not only by technical finesse, but by the warmth and energy he brings, turning dancefloors into shared celebrations.
