with Venerable Robina Courtin

The Heart Sutra, a monster of Mahayana Buddhism, tells us that Form is Emptiness & Emptiness is Form. This sutra is perhaps the most frequently used and recited text in the entire Mahayana Buddhist tradition. It is recited daily by Buddhists all over the world. There is endless discussion and interpretation of its meaning.

In this class, Robina will share her understanding of this beautiful text, and delve into its meaning and usefulness for us here on earth. Together we’ll learn how to incorporate this wisdom into our daily lives - how it relates to Karma, ego-grasping, not-self, attachment, and delusion - so we can make choices with more clarity and compassion.

This class is online only via Zoom: https://tinyurl.com/SFDharma (password: 108108) or 301-715-8592 to join by phone. Meeting ID: 545 039 806
