Are you excited about community singing and find yourself wanting to share it with friends, family members, coworkers, strangers?! Are you constantly singing, especially after a song circle, and wish there was even more community singing in your life?! If yes, and you'd like to gather with others who are also feeling this way and begin to understand some of the tools you might need for the journey then please join me!
We will gather with our questions, our passion, and our hearts ready to listen and learn together. My mentors usually teach song leader training workshops in an entire weekend. This 2 hour workshop will introduce us to some of the tools needed and provide information about the path of learning how to teach and carry songs. We will leave room for your questions and for you to try out a skill or a few during our time together.
The cost of this 2-hour introductory workshop is $40. Once you register I will send you details on how to pay. If finances are a barrier please reach out.
This workshop will held from 3-5pm at Szold Hall at the Old Town School of Folk Music.
Preferred prerequisite is that you have sung with songleader Megan Eberhardt several times. If not please email Megan to see if this will be a good fit for you at megan@rootedinthestars.com
