This live and engaging workshop will help you plan and prepare for 2026, using habit science to create lasting change in 2026.

The days often feel long, but the year moves quickly. Without intentional reflection and planning, it’s easy to find ourselves living on autopilot—repeating habits that don’t fully align with the person we want to become. Our daily actions add up, and over the course of a year, even small patterns can significantly influence our well-being, progress, and sense of fulfillment.

This 90-minute virtual workshop on Zoom is an opportunity to pause and intentionally design the habits you want to carry into 2026. Rather than relying on resolutions or willpower, you’ll explore simple, research-based strategies from the science of behavior change and positive psychology to help you create clarity about what matters most and how to take meaningful steps toward it.

  • Explore what makes habits easier to build and sustain

About the Instructor

Anna Irani is a leadership development practitioner, coach, and positive psychology expert. She is currently writing a chapter on habit formation for The Flourishing Center’s Collective Book Project, a global collaboration of practitioners contributing research-based chapters on human flourishing. Her chapter, launching on World Happiness Day (March 20, 2026), explores how small, intentional actions grounded in habit science create meaningful transformation over time.

Drawing from this research and her experience facilitating leadership and well-being workshops, Anna will guide you through a clear, supportive process to help you begin designing habits for the year ahead.
