We’ve all made New Year’s resolutions that didn’t last. This virtual, instructor-led workshop is designed to help you make lasting change — using the science of habit formation to set yourself up for success in 2026.

Now that you’ve reflected on what worked (and what didn’t), it’s time to turn insight into action.

Join Anna Irani — leadership development and positive psychology practitioner and coach — on Zoom for a 90-minute, hands-on session to help you design new habits that align with who you want to become in 2026.

Anna is currently writing a chapter on habit change for The Flourishing Center’s Collective Book Project — a global collaboration of positive psychology practitioners, each contributing a chapter on a unique aspect of human flourishing. Her chapter, to be published by Flourishing Center Press and launching on World Happiness Day (March 20, 2026), explores how small, intentional actions — grounded in the science of habit formation and positive psychology — create lasting transformation.

Drawing from that research and her expertise in workshop design and facilitation, Anna will help you apply these insights to your own life through practical frameworks and live coaching.

This is Part 2 of a two-part series (though you can attend it on its own).

Through science-backed tools and strategies inspired by Atomic Habits by James Clear and the principles of positive psychology, you’ll learn how to create simple systems that make your goals easier to achieve and sustain. Together, we’ll explore practical ways to make positive habits obvious, attractive, easy, and satisfying — while letting go of approaches that no longer serve you.

You’ll leave with a clear, personalized habit plan and the confidence to start small, stay consistent, and make progress that lasts. Expect practical insights, real-time coaching, and strategies you can use right away to bring your 2026 vision to life.
