Bridging the Generation Gap

Important Note: Our classes are strictly offered to patrons with military affiliation only. Participants MUST have access onboard military installations.

Whether it’s “back in my day” or “you’re too old to understand”, every generation at work or in social settings has been saying these things about the “other” generation. While the environment changes with each generation, the lack of understanding of the group before or after, has not. This can lead to friction, frustration, and failure in relationships Participants will gain a better understanding of five different Generations, learn how each differ in the workplace, the influence of generations on the evolution of technology, and effective ways to communicate and interact with the generations.
