BRICK WIT RINA (BWR) – Liability Waiver & Release Agreement

By registering for this class through Eventbrite, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in BRICK WIT RINA (BWR) classes involves physical activity that may include strength training, cardio, mobility movements, and the use of bricks or other equipment. I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Falls
• Strains, sprains, or other injuries
• Accidents related to equipment use
• Other physical or emotional injuries

I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks, whether known or unknown.

2. Medical Clearance

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this class. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before beginning any new exercise program and to determine if this activity is safe for me.

3. Release of Liability

By registering for this class through Eventbrite, I hereby release and hold harmless:
BRICK WIT RINA (BWR), its instructors, owners, agents, employees, and affiliates
from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, accident, illness, or damages that may occur during or after my participation in the class, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Personal Responsibility

I agree to follow all instructions provided by the instructor and to modify movements as needed for my own safety. I understand that I may stop participation at any time if I feel unsafe or unwell.

5.Eventbrite Agreement

I understand that completing registration through Eventbrite serves as my digital signatureacknowledging that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver in full.
