Breathwork Workshop

Breathwork Workshop

Overview

A breathwork journey for reconnecting with inner wisdom, unlocking intuitive clarity, and nervous system restoration

This donation-based breathwork usually take place once a month on the 4th Saturday of every month. Sign up to receive detailed information.

This workshop offers a supportive space to explore a science-supported, conscious connected breathing practice designed to calm mental overactivity and support emotional release, insight, and personal growth.

Using continuous, circular breathing paired with carefully curated music, participants are guided into a relaxed, inward state where the nervous system can soften and the body’s own intelligence can lead the experience. The practice is non-directive, meaning there is no right way to feel or anything you are expected to achieve. Each person’s process unfolds at its own pace.

The session is fully facilitated in a grounded, trauma-aware container. You will be invited to lie down, close your eyes, and follow your breath, while remaining in control of your experience at all times.

This experience may support:

  • Stress reduction and nervous system regulation
  • Emotional processing and release
  • Increased clarity, self-awareness, and ease

No prior breathwork experience is necessary. All are welcome. This offering is shared in the spirit of generosity—donations are appreciated but never required.

Agenda:

In this 90-minute workshop, we will:

  • Introduction to Luminous, both the technique and the science
  • A breathwork experience supported by evocative music
  • A creative and self-expressive integration exercise for clarity and practical inner work
  • Optional sharing circle
