What to Expect:* Guided Two-Part Pranayama Breathwork: Engage in a dynamic breathing technique to clear stagnant energy, open your heart, and connect with your inner wisdom.* Intention Setting: Begin with a meditation to clarify what you wish to release and what you aim to manifest, aligning with the full moon’s illuminating power.* Energetic Clearing: Use the breath to move through emotional blockages, fostering clarity, peace, and alignment.*Integration and Sharing: Conclude with time for reflection, journaling, and optional sharing to ground your experience.What to Bring:* An eye covering to deepen the inward journey* A journal and pen for reflections* Any personal items for comfort or spiritual significance (crystals, essential oils, etc.)Important Considerations:If you are pregnant, have a history of seizures, or are post-surgery of any kind, please consult with your physician to determine whether this practice is appropriate for you.Breathwork is not recommended if you have:*Severe asthma*Severe, untreated PTSD or trauma*A diagnosed aneurysm in the brain or abdomenKyle Harder is a certified breathwork facilitator, trained by David Elliott, with a deep commitment to healing through the power of the breath. A lifelong student of spirituality, Kyle is also a Vedic meditator and natural empath, known for creating safe, supportive spaces where others can reconnect with themselves and release what no longer serves them. His work is grounded in presence and compassion, blending intuitive insight with practical tools for emotional clarity and transformation.
