Do I need any experience with breathwork or Reiki to attend?

Not at all. This session is open to everyone, whether it’s your first time or you’ve practiced before. You’ll be lovingly guided every step of the way.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes you can relax and breathe deeply in. Layers are great—your body temperature may shift during the session.

Will there be movement or is it all lying down?

The entire experience is done lying down. All you need to do is relax and receive. We recommend bringing items that help you feel fully supported and cozy.

What if I get emotional during the session?

Accepted Answer

That’s totally normal—and welcome. This space is held with compassion and care. Emotional release is a natural part of healing, and everything that comes up is honored without judgment.
