Will I be hyperventilating?

No - that is not the type of breathwork we practice. This is a 2 part breath and our brain is never deprived of Oxygen.

Do I need a previous experience?

Nope - come as you are. this is a meditative practice for all

Can I reach out with special questions or concerns?

yes please! happy to answer any + all questions none are too small or too big

Should I bring anything

yes - a blanket or yoga mat (something to lay on), water bottle, and flexible clothing
