As the summer begins to soften, holidays come to an end and routines return, it’s the perfect time to pause, reconnect, and reset. Breathwork Series: Reset & Empower is a 6-session programme designed to help you release the busyness of summer, restore your energy, and step into the final months of 2025 feeling calm, focused, and empowered.

Meeting twice a month, each session offers guided Breathwork practices to reduce stress, rebalance your body and mind, and create space for clarity. Whether you join the full series or drop in when you can, this is your opportunity to prioritise yourself, breathe deeply, and close the year grounded and renewed.

By the end of this Breathwork journey, you won’t just have attended six sessions — you’ll have created a powerful shift within yourself. You’ll move from feeling scattered and drained after the summer into a state of calm, balance, and renewed energy. Each practice is designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your inner strength, and prepare for the months ahead with clarity and confidence. This is your chance to end 2025 not depleted, but grounded, nourished, and empowered — ready to step into 2026 with ease.


Session Dates & Themes

✨ 10th September – Pause & Reset Kids are back at school, routines return. Take a breath to ground yourself and restore calm.

✨ 24th September – Releasing Summer’s Rush Let go of lingering stress from the holidays and create space for balance and clarity.

✨ 8th October – Ground & Focus Anchor into autumn with grounding breath practices to steady your mind and sharpen focus.

✨ 22nd October – Energy Rebalance Reconnect with your inner vitality and restore balance before the winter season.

✨ 5th November – Deep Rest & Inner Peace Slow down and nourish yourself with deep rest and breath, cultivating peace within.

✨ 19th November – Closing the Year Empowered Our final session brings together the power of Breathwork with the heart-opening medicine of cacao. Reflect on your journey, integrate your growth, and step into the end of 2025 feeling strong and empowered.

Breathwork is a powerful practice that allows deep self-exploration while offering numerous benefits for the mind, body, and soul. It provides an opportunity for self-healing and the release of emotional and energetic blockages accumulated throughout life. However, due to the nature of breathwork, it is essential that you read and accept the following waiver before participating.

These sessions may bring about emotional release and physical sensations, and while your facilitators are there to guide you safely, they cannot be held responsible for any mental, emotional, or physical challenges that may arise. Please prioritise your wellbeing by listening to your body and following the guidelines below.

What to Expect

Each breathwork session is a unique experience. Common sensations include tingling, changes in body temperature, muscle tension or cramps, lightheadedness, and other bodily reactions. These are natural, especially for beginners. Your body has an incredible ability to communicate its needs, so allowing these sensations to arise without resistance can deepen your session and strengthen your connection with yourself. If needed, slowing your breath through the nose can help regulate these experiences, and this will be explained during the session.

How to Prepare

To get the most from your session, please:

✔️ Wear comfortable clothing and layers to stay warm.

✔️ Avoid eating a heavy meal within two hours before the session.

✔️ Stay hydrated, but avoid excessive water intake right before the session.

✔️ Bring a bottle of water.

✔️ Do not consume alcohol or drugs within 24 hours prior.

✔️ Bring a eye mask (optional ). Small cushion for comfort (mats will be provided unless informed otherwise).

✔️ Consider bringing a journal to reflect on your experience afterward.

Medical Considerations & Contraindications

Breathwork is not a substitute for medical advice. If you have any of the following conditions, you should consult your GP or healthcare provider before participating:

⚠️ Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, psychosis, or severe PTSD

⚠️ Epilepsy

⚠️ Heart conditions, arrhythmia, or a history of fainting

⚠️ COPD or any pre-existing lung disease

⚠️ Delicate pregnancy

⚠️ Very high or very low blood pressure with a history of fainting

⚠️ Recent major surgery or any medical condition requiring medication

If any of these apply to you, please inform the facilitator BEFORE the session.
