Breathwork on the Mountain: Reflection, Release & Manifestation 🌄
Are you feeling the call to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level? Or are you just ready to let go of stress and rejuvenate your nervous system? Come join us for a transformational breathwork event in the beautiful San Bernardino mountains! This breathwork experience is designed to release suppressed or emotional blockages, awaken your spirit, and provide space for your deepest intentions to manifest.
Breathwork has been around for thousands of years and was practiced by many ancient societies and indigenous cultures around the world. These indigenous cultures and ancient societies used breathwork for wellness purposes, healing, and spiritual journeys.
