Led by Master Breathwork Facilitator and Physiotherapist Imogen Sist (@coherence_collective), you’ll be gently guided through a transformational, science-backed, and deeply intuitive experience. No experience needed — just your lovely self and an open mind.

After class, we’d love for you to join us — and our friendly Coherence Collective crew — for a stunning and often invigorating (read: freezing) ocean swim and a casual coffee. Because nature + nervous system regulation = a match made in healing heaven. It’s the perfect way to integrate, connect, and have a giggle in your trackies post-breath sesh.
What you’ll gain:

What to bring:
- Comfy, warm layers (yes, socks too)
- A yoga mat or beach towel to lie on
- A blanket and pillow for extra coziness
- Bathers, towel, and warm clothes if you’re keen to ocean dip like the mermaid (or merman) you are
- Try to avoid big meals, caffeine, or alcohol for at least 2 hours before class for the best experience
You’ll leave with a felt sense of coherence between mind, body, and energy
