Step into the serene beauty of San Jose’s historic Rose Garden and reconnect with your inner calm. This guided Breathwork session combines conscious breathing, heart-centered awareness, and gentle reflection to help you release stress, reset your energy, and open to clarity. Surrounded by the fragrance of blooming roses and the grounding presence of nature, this immersive experience nurtures balance, intuition, and emotional well-being.
Roses are often called the “flowers of the heart.” In many spiritual traditions, they are linked to the heart chakra (Anahata) and are said to carry one of the highest frequencies in nature, around 320–350 MHz. Being in the presence of roses can help elevate mood, reduce stress, and promote feelings of love, openness, and harmony.
