Breathwork + Meditation: Connect to Self & the Nervous System
Come cultivate deep connection to yourself and your nervous system through gentle spinal movement, intentional breath practices, and grounding stillness. In this class, we create a loving, supportive space to tune awareness inward, make space in the mind, soften into the heart, and reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom.
By slowing down and practicing embodied presence, we nurture creative life force energy, regulate the nervous system, and open pathways for transformation—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Come just as you are. No experience needed.
We provide all necessary props—yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets—but you’re welcome to bring your own for additional comfort and personal preference.
