Breathwork Journey & Tea Ritual
Overview
As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, November invites us inward - a gentle pause before the rush of the holiday season. Join me for a grounding Breathwork and Tea Ritual designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and find stillness amidst the transition.
Through conscious, guided breathing, we’ll release the weight of what we’ve been carrying and open space for clarity and calm. The breath becomes a bridge - between light and shadow, movement and stillness, doing and being. As we drop into deeper layers of rest, we’ll honor the wisdom of this darker season: the time for reflection, quiet growth, and nourishment from within.
We’ll close our practice by sharing tea in mindful silence, allowing warmth, aroma, and presence to anchor what we’ve awakened through breath. This evening is an invitation to honor your body’s need for rest, your spirit’s call for introspection, and the beauty of slowing down as winter approaches.
The entire experience is done in Savasana - movement is optional. I’ll guide you through the whole journey, all you need to do is show up and relax! No experience needed.

Please bring your own mug (if you wish to sip on some tea), yoga mat, journal and a pen. And bring all the cozy things as well - blankets, pillows and/or eye mask if you prefer. I will have extra eye masks, if requested.
