This transformative breathwork journey is designed to help you release emotional blockages, resolve past traumas, and reconnect with your inner strength.
Through somatic breathwork, empowering guidance, and a carefully curated soundtrack, we’ll create the perfect conditions for healing and renewal. This is more than just breathwork—it’s a space to pause, interrupt the negative patterns, and rise above the noise of the everyday world.
In this session, we will use some basic Trauma Release Exercises to help with release during the journey. You’ll be guided through rhythmic, intentional breathing patterns that naturally elevate your mental state, quiet the overthinking mind, and awaken the body’s innate healing potential. By increasing the flow of energy within, we’ll bring suppressed emotions to the surface, empowering you to process, integrate, and let go—making room for a vibrant, revitalized version of yourself to emerge.
This immersive journey of transformation will leave you feeling lighter, more energized, and deeply connected to your purpose. Your nervous system will reset and you can feel lighter for many days to come.
Alok is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator certified through Awakened Breath who is honored to guide you through this experience. He has been guiding breathwork for over 20 years and this is a unique flow that combines many of my practices over the years. Come as you are—leave as the version of you that’s been waiting to emerge.
How to prepare:
- Create a sacred, cozy space where you can be comforable to lie down
- Eliminate any distractions and have water or tea nearby
- Have a blanket ready and pillow under your knees for added comfort
- If possible use headphones for an immersive experience
- Optional eye mask or eye pillow
Who This is For: This experience is perfect for anyone seeking personal growth, emotional release, and the courage to step into their most empowered self. No prior experience with breathwork is necessary—just a willingness to breathe and be.

Contraindications
Breathwork is a powerful practice, and while it’s generally safe, there are some conditions where caution is advised. These include:
- Pregnancy (modifications can be provided)
- Severe asthma or severe respiratory issues
- Cardiovascular conditions (e.g., high blood pressure, heart disease)
- Epilepsy or a history of seizures
- Recent surgeries or physical injuries
- Severe mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia or psychosis
