About Your Guide
Masako is a meditation and breathwork guide, and the host and producer of the Why Not Meditate? podcast. Originally from Japan, she now resides in Sarasota with her teenage daughter and their Shiba Inu puppy. Masako is known for creating grounded, gentle, and transformative experiences that support emotional resilience and inner connection.
