Breathwork Fundraiser
Give yourself gentle nourishment and restoration during a winter wellness hour with Melyssa at Compass of Compassion. You’ll be guided through simple, somatic and breath-based practices to calm your nervous system, ease physical tension, and cultivate emotional steadiness. Together we’ll explore a pranayama (breath) practice, a somatic heart exercise and a nourishing River of Life meditation. These tools can be revisited anytime you feel overwhelmed or need support in grounding and centering within your body. This experience is an invitation to honor your body’s intelligence, messages, and sensations while offering a space to rest, soften, and reconnect with the deeper essence within you. No experience needed; simply come as you are.
What to Bring
• A comfortable chair, cushion or place to lie down
• A light blanket (optional)

• An open, curious heart
