A Guided Holotropic Breathwork Experience

This immersive breathwork session is designed to support nervous system regulation, stress release, and embodied presence through guided holotropic (circular) breathing.

Led by Gurpinder Virdee, certified breathwork practitioner and global facilitator, this experience invites participants to slow down, reconnect with their breath, and create a sense of safety and calm within the body.

Through intentional breathing, participants may experience:

• Stress and tension release
• Nervous system regulation
• Emotional clarity
• Deep rest and self-awareness

This session is gentle, grounding, and accessible. No prior breathwork experience is required.
