Breathwork for Moving Through It
Overview
This practice combines active breathing, gentle movement, and vocal expression to help release stored tension and emotions from the body. Through cycles of intentional breathwork and natural breathing, participants are guided to reconnect with their inner sense of safety and balance.
**Unlike the other breathwork styles, we will not use an eye mask during this practice.
What We’ll Provide:
- Wireless headphones
- Mats and blankets
- A welcoming space
What to Bring:
- Water
- A journal
- Comfortable clothing
Before Your Session:Please avoid eating a full meal within 2 hours of the session. A light snack is okay.
Contraindications:This breathwork is not recommended if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, respiratory conditions, epilepsy, glaucoma, or a history of psychosis. If you're unsure, please reach out before the session.
Waiver:All participants will be asked to sign a short waiver before the session begins. If you’d like to review it ahead of time, feel free to reach out.
