Breathwork for Breakthrough: Setting Clear Goals for the Year Ahead is a 90-minute workshop designed to help you connect to what you truly want this year and create goals that feel clear, aligned, and sustainable. Rather than setting goals from the mind alone, we’ll work with the body and nervous system so your goals feel rooted and attainable.
What to Expect:
- Reflective Journaling to clarify what you want to focus on this year and identify what actually matters to you—beyond expectations or external pressure
- Somatic Breathwork to calm the nervous system, quiet overthinking, and clear internal resistance that can lead to self-doubt or procrastination
- Integration + Goal Setting so you leave with clear, grounded goals and a deeper sense of trust in yourself and your direction
