This Breathwork Evening Flow is all about release — letting your body exhale the stress it’s been holding and finding your calm again. Through gentle, guided breathwork using a 4-in, 8-out rhythm, you’ll be guided into a deep state of relaxation where the mind quiets and the body feels safe to rest.
Think of it as a full-body reset — where you melt into the present moment, connect with your breath, and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and at peace.
No experience needed — just an open mind, cozy clothes, a blanket and a willingness to slow down.

✨Contraindications
Breathwork is a powerful practice, but it’s not recommended for everyone. If you are pregnant, have a history of seizures, epilepsy, cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, severe mental health conditions, or any recent surgery or injuries, please check with your doctor before participating.
