Workshop Flow
This immersive session provides a safe and supportive environment for self-exploration and transformation.
1. Welcome & Introduction
Settle in, connect, and prepare for the journey ahead.
2. Discussion: Understanding Breathwork & Cold Exposure
- The science of breath and how it regulates the nervous system
- Physiological and mental benefits of cold immersion
- The mind–body connection and building resilience
- Safety, contraindications, and best practices
3. Guided Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey
Experience a deep and intentional breath journey designed to calm, energize, and expand your awareness.
4. Cold Immersion (Ice Tub Experience)
- Pre-immersion: Movement-based warm-up
- During immersion: Guided entry into the cold with breath and mindset coaching (0–4 minutes per participant)
- Post-immersion: Rewarming through movement and guided integration
Who This Workshop Is For
This experience is open to anyone interested in strengthening their mind–body connection.
Whether you are new to these practices or have previous experience, you’ll leave with practical tools to support resilience, health, and personal growth.
What to Bring
- Notebook & pen
- Swimsuit (even if you’re not sure about plunging!)
- Towel and robe (optional but encouraged)
- Yoga mat, pillow, and blanket
- Water bottle
- Slip-on footwear
- Warm layers: hat, gloves, cozy socks
