About this event
A guided group session by Coherence Collective using purposeful breathing with a variety of techniques to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with your inner world. Designed to support emotional wellbeing, clarity, and calm.
NOTE: please wear comfortable and warm clothing, bring a yoga mat or beach towel to lay on, blanket for warmth, pillow if you like
Avoid large meals, caffine or alcohol for 2hrs before for the best experience.

Breathwork may not be suitable if you have the following conditions:
- Pregnancy
- Detached Retina
- Glaucoma
- Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure
- Cardiovascular Diseases (e.g., angina, previous heart attack or stroke)
- Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
- Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes
- Asthma (Please bring your inhaler)
- Epilepsy
- Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or previous psychiatric condition
- Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years
- Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
