Join us for an in-person gathering where we explore the power of breathwork to relax, recharge, and connect. This is a chill space to unwind, share stories, and vibe together in a supportive community circle. Whether you’re new to breathwork or a seasoned pro, come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and inspired. Can’t wait to see you there!
Bring along a yoga mat, comfy clothes, a journal and your favorite pillow and blanket.
Light refreshments will be served after the breath ceremony.
