About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Breathing Room is based on my research and practice into effective ways to collaborate with your body’s ability to self-regulate. If you know at least 20 different ways to breathe, you are able to charge up or chill out at will.

The session will consist of an introduction, a guided experience of 360 degree breathing and individual variations, and a Q&A.

This session is an introduction to Embodied Mindfulness, a somatic approach to the practice of full-bodied breathing for reducing anxiety and increasing well-being.
