About the Workshop
Breathing Cures: The Science of Healing Within is a 5-week community journey into the hidden intelligence of your breath.
Each session helps you explore how the breath influences your body, mind, and emotions and how rebalancing it can address the root cause of many imbalances that show up as stress or illness.
This is not about curing diseases. It’s about learning to listen to your body and restore balance from within, so healing can begin naturally.
What You’ll Learn
Over five Sundays, you’ll experience a mini version of the Body, Breath & Mind Reset program, including:
- The science of breath and the yogic understanding of prāṇa
- How emotions, posture, and thought patterns shape your breathing
- Breath techniques to calm the nervous system and energize the body
- How awareness and breath restore harmony between body and mind
- Simple daily practices to continue your healing journey

No experience needed, just curiosity and willingness to explore.

If you’re sincerely ready to explore your breath and commit to 30 minutes of daily practice, you’ll experience deep transformation.
