About this event
- Event lasts 45 minutes
Breathe Your Way Into the Week is a weekly online breathwork class designed to help you begin your week with presence and intention.
Through conscious connected breathing, you’ll be gently guided back into your body — releasing tension, settling your nervous system, and reconnecting with what’s true for you in the moment.
This space isn’t about doing more. It’s about undoing — softening into stillness, listening inward, and allowing breath to lead.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or returning to your practice, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Frequently asked questions
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a breathing technique that uses a continuous, circular breathing pattern to access deep emotional, physical, and mental layers of healing and self-discovery.
In a class, you will be guided through a specific breathing technique while lying down or seated. You may experience physical sensations, emotions, or insights as your body and mind release tension or blocked energy.
No prior experience is necessary. Conscious Connected Breathwork is suitable for beginners as well as those with breathwork experience.
The facilitator provides a safe and supportive environment, guides you through the breathing process, and helps you navigate any emotions or sensations that arise.
