Breathe & Tone: A Somatic Breathwork + Sound Bath Journey

Saturday, November 16th | 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 Sage & Soul Studio (5013 N Pearl Street)

Event Overview

Join us for Breathe & Tone, a 3-hour immersive experience designed to help you release stored tension, regulate your nervous system, and come home to your body.

This journey begins with a Somatic Breathwork Session, a guided practice of intentional breathing, movement, and sound that helps you access the deeper layers of your subconscious and the wisdom held within your body. Through breath, you’ll move stagnant energy, release emotional residue, and open to a greater sense of safety, clarity, and aliveness.

As the breathwork concludes, you’ll be invited to fully surrender into a Sound Bath Journey, a deeply restorative experience that allows your system to integrate and harmonize. The soothing frequencies of crystal sound bowls, chimes, and grounding tones will help you drop into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness, allowing your body to absorb and integrate the shifts from the breathwork.

Together, breath and sound offer a powerful path to recalibration, moving energy through the body and then tuning the nervous system back to harmony.

What to Expect

Somatic Breathwork Journey

  • Guided conscious connected breathing
  • Gentle movement and body awareness
  • Emotional release and nervous system regulation
  • A safe, supported environment for deep transformation

Sound Bath Journey

  • Immersive soundscape of crystal bowls and healing instruments
  • Nervous system integration and rest
  • Space for reflection, journaling, and grounded closure

What to Bring

Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable for both the breathwork and sound bath portions:

  • Yoga mat or padded surface (breathwork is done lying down)
  • Blanket(s) + pillow for comfort and grounding
  • Eye mask or scarf (optional, for deeper inward focus)
  • Water bottle
  • Journal + pen (for integration afterward)
  • Comfortable clothing — layers are recommended as body temperature can fluctuate
