About Your Teacher, Claire: Breathwork Facilitator | Pilates Instructor | Mind-Body Therapist-in-Training
Claire Calfo is a breathwork and movement facilitator who bridges science and soul to help people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and live with more presence. With a background in psychology, clinical training in mental health, and years of experience teaching Pilates and meditation, Claire brings a trauma-informed, integrative approach to every breathwork experience.
Her facilitation blends nervous system education with accessible, somatic practices that empower clients to shift stress, build resilience, and expand creativity — all through the power of breath. Claire’s work is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and a belief that healing starts from within.
She is currently completing her Master’s in Clinical Psychology and has supported hundreds of students through breath-led transformation.
