There are emotions we hold back—anger, resentment, sadness, grief, and pain—along with core wounds and limiting beliefs that quietly or loudly shape how we feel and how we show up in the world. In this session, we’ll gently guide you to access and release these held feelings through breathwork, recognizing them not as burdens and barriers, but as pathways to deeper healing and self-understanding.
