Join us for a transformative afternoon in the sacred embrace of The Yurt in Cochrane, where we journey inward to reconnect with our hearts, breath, and soul.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable clothing
  • A yoga mat (for sitting and lying down)
  • A journal + pen
  • A water bottle
  • A light lunch beforehand (please avoid coming with a full stomach for breathwork)
  • An eye mask for Breathwork. These can also be purchased on site.

Sandy started Solar Power Health years ago and has spanned a journey involving Plant Based Nutrition, Superfoods and Herbs, and guiding people to take their health back into their own hands. She is a Usui and Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher with a passion for the Chakra system and has spent a lot of time specializing on working with the energy body using Crystal Singing Bowls, Spiritual Eating, Releasing Techniques, and Guided Meditation. In her studio she also practices Personalized Raindrop Massages that incorporate therapeutic grade essential oils, Crystal Healing, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage, Rattan and Bamboo Massage, Myofascial Cupping, and several other treatments all aimed at helping you, body, mind and soul. She is currently in training to become a Master Herbalist and has a deep connection with plant spirit medicine. 

Sandy has a loving husband and 2 dogs and lives a plant based lifestyle believing in compassion for all living beings. She resides in Cochrane, Alberta and although her studio is there, she passionatley travels bringing her workshops and energy to several places Canada wide.
