50-Minute Virtual Yoga Session with Angelica Janik
Join Angelica Janik for a dynamic 50-minute virtual yoga session that combines Hatha, Flow, and Yin-Yang elements. Each class includes a variety of asanas, vinyasa sequences, and both stretching and strengthening practices—targeting flexibility, core stability, balance, and overall body awareness—tailored to the needs of the group.
Please ensure you have a quiet space to practice, a yoga mat, any props you prefer to use, and a stable internet connection. Sessions are hosted via Zoom and will automatically close after 60 minutes. A signed waiver and privacy agreement are required prior to attending.
This session is designed to foster accountability and support a shared commitment to the well-being of mind, body, and soul.

ZOOM Link will be emailed to you 1 hour before the session start time. Note: you will only be able to gain access to the virtual session by registering through the link above. You will NOT have access to the session if you register through EventBrite.
You’ll find three purchase options available: a drop-in pass, a monthly unlimited membership, and a class pass bundle. While the weekly schedule may vary, I commit to offering a minimum of three classes each week: one morning class on the weekend, one early morning class at 6:00 AM on a weekday, and one evening class during the week.
What to bring - Yoga mat with any props you may already own, Water & Stretchy pants!
Agenda:
First 5 minutes - Meet & Greet; mindfulness meditation.
Next 40 minutes - Yoga session.
Last 5 minutes - Savasana.
What are Angelica Credentials/ Experience?:
- Over 1000 hours as a Certified Yoga Teacher, trained in Rishikesh, India - Since 2009.
- Completed Level I of Kundalini Yoga at the Kundalini Research Institute in New Mexico - 2018.
- Completed Bhava Spandana Program (BSP) and Shoonya at the ISHA Foundation of Inner Sciences - 2016 & 2023.
- Participated in two 12-day Vipassana experiences - 2012 & 2014.
- Certified CranioSacral-1 Clinician - 2015
- Holds an B.A. in Psychology - 2022
- Completed a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology - 2024.
- Since the summer of 2025, Angelica has been working as a provisional psychologist in Calgary, Alberta.
Frequently asked questions
Prior to virtual session, yes, you will need to sign off on release forms in order to participate - as done prior to any yoga/fitness and meditation class.
This event is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If a minor will be present, a parent or guardian must provide consent by signing the waiver on their behalf. Please note that Angelica is not responsible for the supervision of unattended minors during virtual sessions.
You are welcome to choose to use only your first name or an alias to maintain confidentiality.
You're welcome to keep your camera on during the session, but it's entirely optional. Please note that if anything appears on screen that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to other participants, Angelica reserves the right to mute your audio and disable your video.
