No prior experience is necessary! This event is designed for all levels, whether you’re completely new to breathwork or have practiced before. The trauma-informed approach ensures that everyone feels supported throughout the experience.

Wear something comfortable that allows for ease of movement. Comfortable clothes are ideal for the session. You want to feel right at home.

What do I need to bring to the event?

Bring a water bottle, journal/pen, and an eye covering! Everything else you need is provided at the event space.

This is a trauma-informed experience, meaning the facilitator will create a safe, non-judgmental environment for everyone. You are always encouraged to listen to your body and take things at your own pace. There is no pressure to move or breathe in any way that doesn’t feel right for you.
