In this experiential session, you’ll explore several intentional breathing techniques — from calming and releasing breaths that ease tension, to energizing and circulating breaths that awaken your inner vitality.
You’ll be guided through gentle, mindful practices — some lying down, others seated — suitable for all levels of experience. Each method will help you balance your body, quiet your mind, and harmonize your energy.
By the end of the evening, you’ll feel deeply relaxed, centered, and recharged — and you’ll take home practical breathing tools to support your daily wellness.
