Do I need to bring anything to the class?

We have everything you need! We supply yoga mats, blankets, knee bolsters and eye masks. Please bring water and an open mind!

What should I wear to class?

Please wear loose clothing that will allow you to breathe freely and without constraints.

Is there public transportation nearby?

Absolutely !If traveling on the MBTA, we are just a stone’s throw from the Harvard Square T stop on the Red Line.

Where are you located?

We are located at 36 John F Kennedy Street inside Barre & Soul Studio in Harvard Square. The studio is in "The Garage" building, mezzanine level, directly above Tasty Burger. Please enter at 36 John F Kennedy St closest to Mt Auburn St, head up the slight ramp and Barre & Soul will be on your right.

Is there parking available?

Parking perk! Snag $6 parking when you validate your Garage Building parking ticket at Barre & Soul. Visitor parking is available at the Harvard Square Parking Garage: 20 Eliot Street, Cambridge. There are other garages as well as on-street parking. Note some metered parking is limited to one hour.

Is Breathwork safe? Are there any health conditions that would prevent me from participating?

Breathwork is something we practice an average is 25,000 a day and it is safe! However, folks with the following contraindications should not practice: pregnancy, uncontrolled high blood pressure, schizophrenia, a detached retina, epilepsy or a history of aneurysms or seizures.
