At our gym, we often discuss breathing, but we recognize that it can sometimes feel abstract.
Why do we emphasize it so much? How does it actually impact your workouts, movement, and even digestion?
In this 60-minute workshop, We will bring the “why” to life with visuals, simple explanations, and hands-on practice.
You’ll learn:
- How your diaphragm (your main breathing muscle) impacts lung capacity, digestion, and the way your body moves.
- Why breathing well helps you feel the right muscles during exercise.
- How breathing patterns affect mobility and overall strength.
- Simple routines you already know, revisited with a deeper layer of understanding to help you apply them more effectively.
By the end, you’ll understand not just how to breathe better, but how to use breathing as a tool to move with more confidence, expand your lungs, improve digestion, and get more out of every workout.
