Ladies we will have a little meet and greet to see where everyone is landing from on this day. There will be notepads and pens and tickets given out for raffles.

BREATHE

Too many women are living on short breaths — not physically, but spiritually and emotionally. Will do some breath work, EFT and lite meditation.

What you believe about yourself will dictate what you reach for. We will discuss about how to shift the mindset and how to act on your faith to get it done!
