Join Meghan for a transformative breathwork journey designed to tap into the

healing wisdom of your own body.

Set to a carefully curated playlist, you’ll explore breath, movement, and sound, culminating in deep rest and a guided meditation. This practice offers an invitation to find peace, clarity, and freedom in the mind. By consciously connecting body and breath, we access the wisdom that already resides within us.

The benefits of this practice are vast and include—but are not limited to—boosting self-love and compassion, enhancing mental focus, reducing anxiety and stress, releasing stored emotions and regulating the nervous system.

What to Bring:

● A curious and open mind

● Props that make you feel cozy (eye mask, blankets, pillows, socks, etc.)

● Comfortable clothing

● Please ensure that you’ve had at least one hour for digestion before the

session

● While mats are provided, we encourage you to bring your own for maximum

comfort

About Meghan McCabe

Meghan’s teaching style is rooted in play, curiosity, and heart-centered embodiment. As a certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, she specializes in group journeys as well as one-on-one client sessions. Originally from the East Coast, Meghan’s love of movement developed during her time as a theater major at Point Park University. A Pittsburgh native now residing in Long Beach, Meghan has spent the last decade as a yoga instructor, offering Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin classes.

When she's not teaching, Meghan delights in life’s simple pleasures: french fries, a good book with a cup of tea, bubble baths, spontaneous travel, and time at the spa. She’s an enthusiast of nature walks, Dancing with the Stars, live music, any kind of pasta, and impromptu dance parties in the living room.

What is "sliding scale" ticketing?

Compound's values include Belonging, Community, Compassion, and Equity, and sliding scale is a form of mutual aid that offers different price options for the same service for guests to select based on their economic needs.

We ask that you consider the price that best suits your needs, and below is a guide to help you decide which ticket to select (borrowed from this resource by Worts and Cunning).

$15: If you struggle to maintain access to needs such as health care, housing, food, child care, and are living paycheck to paycheck or are in significant debt, you belong here and you deserve a community that honors your price as equal an economic offering as the person who can pay the highest tier.

$25: If you are struggling to conquer debt or build savings or move away from paycheck to paycheck living but have access to steady income and are not spending most of your time thinking about meeting basic needs such as food, shelter, medical care, child care, etc., you belong here.

$35 (suggested): If you have access to financial security, own property or have personal savings, you would not traditionally qualify for sliding scale services. If you are able to pay for "wants" and spend little time worried about securing necessities in your life, you have economic breathing room and power in our community. This price is for you, and reflects the true cost of the program.
