A two-hour experience to calm, regulate, and reconnect.

If you’ve been craving a moment to slow down… to breathe deeper… to feel grounded again — this evening is for you.

Join us for a restorative, science-informed, deeply grounding experience designed to reset your nervous system from the inside out.

We begin with gentle neuro-breathing and sensory activation, led by Human Performance & Neuro-Breathing Specialist Bryan Mirabella. Using simple cranial-nerve pathways and breath mechanics, you’ll learn how to calm the vagus nerve, open your breath, reduce internal pressure, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm of safety and ease.

Once your system feels settled and clear, we transition into a slow, grounding yoga flow guided by the TotalBodyFit NYC team — helping everything integrate through movement, breath, alignment, and embodied awareness.

This is not a workout.
