Letting go of stuck energy and trapped emotions, being able to communicate more clearly with your intuition, connecting the dots on past memories and experiences, getting clarity, new insights, new perspectives and new ideas, and coming up with creative solutions to problems.

I've never done breathwork before, can I still participate?

Of course! I'll show you how to do the breathwork at the start of the session. It's a simple technique - and you'll have plenty of time to practice during the session.

Can you tell me more about what the breathwork will be like?

Accepted Answer

We'll be doing circular connected breathwork. It's an activating style of breathwork but it's not as intense as some types can be. Instead of pushing or forcing, we'll be using the rhythm and flow of the breath to create space for expansion. Most importantly, you will be in full control always.
