Breaking with Boom Bap Kidz | A Dance Workshop in Roswell, GA

Breaking with Boom Bap Kidz is an introductory workshop leading into our classes which start in January!

Discover the original styles of Hip-Hop in a fun, high-energy workshop designed just for kids! This session introduces dancers to the foundations of Breaking, including toprock, the basic 6-step, footwork patterns, and beginner freezes taught in a way that builds confidence, rhythm, and strength.

Students also get a taste of Popping, Locking, and House Dance, all rooted in real Hip-Hop culture and danced to classic funk music mixed with kid-friendly favorites. Along the way, dancers learn not just how to move, but where the movement comes from—something rarely taught in traditional studios.

This workshop is perfect for curious kids who love to move, try new things, and explore the creative world of street dance in a structured curriculum. It’s welcoming, empowering, and designed to help every child feel successful from the very first class.
